Accounts for anyone with a legal guardian will be suspended immediately at the phone request of that legal guardian. The account will be deleted upon the receipt of the request in writing. If the written request is not received at the CCIL mailbox within 14 days, the phone call will be deemed null and void and the account will be reactivated.
