CCIL encourages the use of it's services by Non-profit organizations. There are a variety of resources available including:
- Web page hosting
- Domain hosting
- E-mail accounts for staff and clients
- E-mail distribution lists
- General computer/Internet resources
CCIL looks for "Passionate Promoters" (people already involved with a non-profit) to take the lead in directing our services into the non-profit organization. CCIL's volunteer staff will help to assemble the resources and provide technical support; however, it will be the responsibility of the Passionate Promotor to implement the use of those resources on behalf of their non-profit organization. This type of relationship has proven the most successful for us.
How Do Get Started
If you want CCIL to host your domain; also do the following:
- Register your domain. If you do, point the PRIMARY DNS to NS1.ccil.org and the SECONDARY DNS to NS2.ccil.org
- Build your web page and place it in the PUBLIC_HTML directory located in the CCIL account you registered.
- Send an e-mail to CCIL's President with the name of the domain you registered so we can add it to our servers.
