Requesting Help

Before requesting help, please try searching this site and look over the ccil-user mailing list archives. For problems with any CCIL service or system please use one of the following methods to request help.

Send an email to the ccil-user mailing list. Everyone is welcome to join the list. The list is a general use list for ccil users, it is a good place to ask for help from your neighbors.

Send an email to the ccil-help mailing list. The list is the CCIL Help Desk volunters.

Email the help desk at help@ccil.org.

Call our voicemail system at 610-431-2673 and a CCIL volunteer will return your call.
