Internet access anywhere in the world.
Non Graphical email using "Pine" through Telnet or dialing CCIL.
WEB BROWSING - Through commonly available web browsing programs such as
Internet Explorer and Netscape as well as through the text only program
called Linx.
MAILING LISTS - User administered mailing lists with functionality that
allows the list administrator to control options from a web based
interface. Users can join and leave the list via a single email request.
The mailing list retains an archive of all messages for future
reference. Available to all users and organizations.
PERSONAL ACCOUNTS - Local dial-up access, web hosting, email, mailing
lists, and other related services and training.

CCIL volunteers registered 296 new users in 2003, which was a new
record. This represented a 23% increase in users in just one year. The
surge in requests for accounts started late in 2002, and shows signs of
continuing the pace through 2004. The communities leading in
registrations were West Chester at 151 new users, Coatesville at 95 new
users, and Downingtown at 45 new users.
