NOTE: This document is meant to be a guideline for commercial uses of CCIL. Since CCIL is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization under the IRS code CCIL may have other stipulations that pertain to this policy. This document may be changed or altered by the CCIL Board of Directors at any time.

1. All uses must conform with the CCIL "Acceptable Use Policy" and other CCIL policy documents.
2. No monetary transactions may take place using the CCIL system. This includes sending or receiving credit card orders or bank account numbers.
3. For-profit pricing information may not be placed on the CCIL system. For-profit commercial organizations or enterprises of any sort are specifically not permitted to include pricing information in any CCIL information area or file contained on the CCIL system.
4. Not-for-profit enterprises may include pricing information in their CCIL menu area or home page for events directly related to their non-profit activities. Individuals placing one-time "for sale" or "wanted" solicitations within the Classified Ads section are specifically exempted from the prohibition of Article 3.
